Over the last 3 days, we tried to purchase lift tickets for the next day and were told “NO”. We then wanted to reload the ticket online and the server was down and won’t be up until January.

Enough is enough. Welcome to the land of “NO”. We have been coming here for 30 years and despite the new buildings, it’s the same horrible customer service and experience. We are done. Last time.

Wanted to buy a lift ticket at ski rental, “NO”. Call for a shuttle 30 minutes before a massage appointment. Got to the massage late and asked for the full 80 minutes we paid for, “NO”.

Someone needs to take charge of this place and start paying attention to the customer experience. Luckily, I won’t be experiencing this anymore. Done for good. Later Jay.

It's a good mountain. They have terrain for all levels. Probably beginners should not go to the very top but other than that it's perfect. We were there for a few days before Christmas and they already had plenty of snow, well groomed trails and all lifts open.

Closing the lifts due to cold weather, ok, it happens. But they leave the bunny slope open so prepaid tickets don't need to be refunded since the slopes are still technically open. Nice scam. Plus there is NO WAY the reported 10 feet of snow this year is real. No way. Snow banks were only a few feet. Get real. 10 feet looks great on a website but it's not the truth. Dec 27 2017.

We wanted to buy a restaurant gift certificate for someone and we were again told “NO” because they didn’t have any. At the water park, my daughter was told “NO” when she asked for the wristband the employee forgot to give her less than a minute ago.

Such a nice ski resort and has a beautiful indoor water park. I will continue to always to go there! Staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are never a mess nor do the ever look bad, and has a great pizza place along with a great breakfast place. I cannot explain how well rounded this place is! Perfect for family vacations!

Came here with my family for our annual Christmas ski trip, and was very happy with the decision. The ski conditions were great, well groomed trails (We did get lucky that it snowed quite a bit the week prior to our arrival). The staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable, compared to other places in the area. It's kinda out of the way and off the highway, but definitely worth the drive.

It's very unfortunate that such a good mountain is run by such a group of people who don't give a damn about customers.

Services suck though. Customer service employs people with attitude. Shuttle service doesn't have enough buses so sometimes you have to wait to be picked up for a long time. In my case it was 30 minutes in sub-freezing temperature.
